Expert Witness

The Expert Witness service will provide extensive knowledge and experience of external wall insulation, renders and finishes, beyond that to be expected of a layman. The Expert Witness's duty is to give to the Court or tribunal an impartial opinion on aspects of matters within our expertise which are in dispute.

With the Expert Witness service, we comply with wit the Civil Procedure Rule 35 - Experts and Assessors.

Expert Adviser

The Expert Adviser service is normally appointed by a party to assist in the formulation and preparation of a party's claim or defence. The Expert Adviser service does not have an overriding duty to the court, but to the party instructing them.
